Section 13(3)(c) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010

(c)where there are two or more promotee officers or employees having the same length of service in such preceding cadre or scale the seniority shall be determined with reference to their seniority in the immediately preceding cadre or scale, as the case may be.
