Section 392(1)(b) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003

(b)to alter or repair such buildings in any manner that will involve the removal or re-erection of such building, or of the portion thereof which abuts on the said street to an extent exceeding one half of such building or portion thereof above the ground level, such half to be measured in cubic meter, in any order which issues concerning the re-building, alteration or repair of such building, the Commissioner may permit, or with the approval of the Standing Committee, require such building, to be set forward to the regular line of the street.
