Section 100(6) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996
(6)If the amount of provisional family pension is found to be in excess of the final family pension assessed by the Director Pension, it shall be open to the Director Pension to adjust the excess amount out of the balance amount of gratuity payable or in instalments by short payments of family pension payable in future, irrespective of whether the consent of the pensioner has been obtained or not.
