Section 10(1) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(1)Executive Committee of the Board to be an authority of the University.In addition to the authorities mentioned in Sub-sections (i) to (iv) of clause (b) of Section 9 of the Act, an Executive Committee of the Board is hereby declared to be an authority of the University under sub-clause (v) thereof.
