1. This CRLMP has been filed praying for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to take necessary steps for ensuring free, fair, early effective investigation in Cyber Crime & Economic Offences Police Station, Balasore Case No. 01 of 2025 by an independent and competent police officer and cause recovery of substantial portion of the defrauded amount and also to take steps for apprehension of the accused persons.
2. Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits the instruction dated 16.12.2025 of the IIC, Cyber Crime & Economic Offences Police Station, Balasore, wherein it is stated that as the place of occurrence is beyond the jurisdiction of the Police Station, Cyber Crime & Economic Offences Police Station, Balasore has registered a zero FIR vide Zero FIR No. 01 of 17.11.2025 under Section 25 of the Arms Act/ Section 66(C) of the Information Technology Act / Section 115(2)/127(7)/3(5)/316(2)/318(4) of the Page 1 of 2 BNS, 2023 and transferred it to Nuh Cyber Crime Police Station, Dist-Mewat, State- Haryana, where FIR No. 293 dated 05.12.2025 has been registered and investigation has started. The same report is taken on record. It shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record.
3. In view of the above development, no direction is necessary to be issued for the time being, in the present CRLMP and the same is disposed of.
