Section 1(a) in The Rules for the Working and Management of the Central Aftercare Homes and District After-care Shelter, 1985
(a)These rules shall be applicable for the working and management of the Central After-care Homes for Women and District After-care Shelters established in the State and to any other similar institution established by the State Government from time to time.
