Section 7(3) in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
(3)If the Board does not, within a reasonable time, take action, to the satisfaction to the State Government, it may after consultation with the Board and after considering any explanation furnished or representation made by the Board, issue such directions consistent with this Act, as it may think fit, and the Board shall comply with such directions.
