Section 38 in The Merchant Shipping (Examination of Engine Drivers of Sea-Going Ships) Rules, 1973
38. Marks required for pass.
- Candidates will be expected to obtain a minimum of 50% of the total marks to secure a pass. Where a candidate appears both for viva voce and written parts of the examination, he shall have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in each part to secure a pass.
