1. Counsel for the applicant present.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had challenged his non-selection in the Sports Quota, the process of which was notified vide respondents recruitment notification dated 25.10.2024 (Annexure A-1). The counsel further submitted that the applicant had participated in the selection process but was not selected. Subsequently, the entire selection process was cancelled and there was a fresh notification, setting into motion fresh recruitment process in which the applicant had participated. Therefore, the action pursuant to the notification dated 25.10.2021 has now been rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of.
