Section 272(3) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(3)Whoever so uses or permits to be used any place for any of the aforesaid purposes without or in contravention of any of the conditions, of, or after the withdrawal of or during the suspension of, such licence shall be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees and in the case of a continuing offence with additional fine which may extend to ten rupees for each day during which such offence is continued alter the date of the conviction for the first such offence.
