Section 2 in The Clinical Establishments (Central Government) Rules, 2012
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.-(a)"Act" means the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010;(b)"Secretary" means the Secretary of the National Council for clinical establishments,(c)Words and expressions used and not defined in these rules, but defined in the Act, shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
