Section 38 in J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad Act, 2009
38. Special mode of appointment. - (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Statutes, the of Executive Council may invite a person of high academic distinction and professional attainments to accept a post of professor in the University, on such terms and conditions, as it may deem fit and on the person agreeing to do so, appoint him to the post.
(2)The Executive Council may appoint a teacher or any other academic staff working in any other University or Organization in accordance with the manner laid down in the Ordinances.
