Section 11(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(1)The Electricity Ombudsman shall be selected by the Commission from amongst persons who have experience and exposure in any of areas of law, engineering, economics, finance, commerce, public administration or consumer affairs.
