               PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to
               direct the respondents to issue a “No Objection Certificate” to run the business of
               Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of “Royal Wellness
               Beauty Spa,” at 37, Hotel MKM Classic 5th Floor, Asath 1st Street, Katharpettai,
               Tirupur 641 601 by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated
               15.06.2022.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2022 to issue a “No Objection Certificate” to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of “Royal Wellness Beauty Spa,”

2. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents police would submit that respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondents police are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and pass orders on merits.
