Section 2(4) in The West Bengal Additional Tax and One-Time Tax on Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2008
(4)in clause (h), for the words and figures "Motor Vehicles Act, 1988", the words and figures "Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and includes battery operated omnibus" shall be substituted.
