Section 106(1) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 1999
(1)In accordance with section 228 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860) whoever intentionally offers any insult or causes any interruption in any of the proceedings of the Commission, shall be punishable with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to Rs. 1,000 or with both.
