Section 31(3) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020
(3)The Animal Feed Inspector after scrutiny of the report of Feed Analyst shall decide as to whether the contravention is punishable with imprisonment or fine only and in the case of contravention punishable with imprisonment, he shall send his recommendations within fourteen days to the Licensing Authority for sanctioning prosecution.
