1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CRL.M.(BAIL) 1182/2025 (for suspension of execution of sentence)
2. The present appeal has been preferred against the Judgment on Conviction dated 28th March, 2025 and the Order on Sentence dated 8th April, 2025 passed by the Ld. ASJ, Saket Courts, New Delhi in SC No. 329/2023. By the said Judgment the Appellant has been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in FIR No. 159/2023, registered at Police Station Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi.
3. Today, the Court has heard the parties on the application filed by the Appellant for suspension of his sentence during the pendency of this appeal.
4. The Court has perused the matter and has also seen some CCTV footage relied upon by the Respondent.

6. The Appellant has been under incarceration for approximately two years. Ld. Counsel for the Appellant has prayed that the Appellant is only 20 years of age and is the only child of his widow mother.
7. At this stage, after noting the role of the Appellant, the Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence of the Appellant.
8. The Appellant is, however, given liberty to move an interim bail application, if so advised.
9. The application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
