Section 9(1) in Bihar Employees' State Insurance Medical Service Rules, 1981
(1)Every candidate shall submit his application in his handwriting in the Form, copies of which may be obtained on payment, if any, from the Secretary to the Commission so as to reach him not later than such date as may be notified by the Commission in his behalf on each occasion.
