Section 2(a) in The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959

(a)"the Board" means the West Bengal Khadi and Village Industries Board established under section 3;
(aa)[ "Co-operative Society" shall have the same meaning as in the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 1973;] [Clause (aa) inserted by W.B. Act 35 of 1983.]
