Section 5(2) in The Beedi Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1976
(2)Each Advisory Committee shall consist of such number of persons as may be appointed to it by the Central Government and the members shall be chosen in such manner as may be prescribed:Provided that each Advisory Committee shall include an equal number of members representing Government, the employers and persons engaged in beedi establishments and that at least one member of such Committee shall be a woman.
