Section 17(2) in The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017
(2)The application shall be accompanied by -(a)proof of residence;(b)two recent passport size photographs; and(c)aadhaar number or aadhaar enrollment number, if any.Note. - No other proof of residence shall be demanded from the applicant who has aadhaar or aadhaar enrollment number.
