Section 22 in The Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council Act, 1988
22. Allowances of [Councillors] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.]. -
[Every Councillor] [Words substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] shall be entitled to receive such allowances as may be fixed by the General Council and as may be approved by the Government.
