Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Rehabilitation of Beggars or Indigents Act, 2012
(1)The State Government may on the recommendation of the Commissioner, and after consultation with the State Advisory Board, recognized any service organization working for welfare and rehabilitation of beggars or indigents for the purposes of this Act.
