Section 4(2)(a) in The Bihar and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924

(a)the intending promoter shall not be entitled to enter into any building or upon any enclosed court or garden attached to a dwelling-house (unless with the consent of the occupier thereof) without previously given such occupier at least seven days' notice in writing of his intention to do so; and
