33. Powers to make regulations.
(1)The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the purposes rules and of this Act. All rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.(2)The Agency, may, subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, make regulations generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.
