(24)"State system operation function" includes monitoring of grid operations, supervision and control over the intra-State Transmission System, realtime operations for grid control and dispatch, system restoration following grid disturbances, compiling and furnishing data pertaining to system operation, congestion management, black start coordination and any other function(s) assigned to the SLDC by the Act and/or by the Commission's regulations and/or orders;
