6. Nature and Extent of land to be allotted.
(1)Under these rules the maximum areas to be allotted shall be 5 Biswas.(2)The allottee shall have agricultural land situated in the vicinity of land reserved under rule 5.(3)Allotment under these rules may be made to an individual or to several individuals collectively.
