Section 5(2) in The West Bengal Anti-Profiteering Act, 1958
(2)Any purchaser who puchases any scheduled article at any price less than the minimum price fixed therefor under section 3 shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment which may extend to two years or with fine or with both.
