(c)"company" means,-(i)the Jaora Sugar Mills Limited, Jaora a company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956) and having its registered office at Jaora, district Ratlam in the State of Madhya Pradesh, or(ii)Seth Govindram Sugar Mills, Mahidpur Road a branch of properties of Messrs. Kaluram Govindram Bajaj Khana Jaora, district Ratlam in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
