Section 2(ii) in The Disaster Management (Amendment) Act, 2025
(ii)after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:–‘(da) “disaster database” means a database which includes disaster assessment, fund allocation detail, expenditure, preparedness and mitigation plan, risk register according to type and severity of risk and such other relevant matters, in accordance with such policy, as may be determined by the Central Government;’;
