Section 250(a) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)The pressure plant and equipment-(i)are examined and tested by the competent person before being put into use for such work.(ii)is in proper design and construction, sound material and adequate strength to perform the work for which it is used.(iii)is properly maintained in good repairs and working conditions.
