Section 73 in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
73. Protection to Gram Panchayats.
- The provisions of the Judicial Officers Protection Act, 1850 (18 of 1850) shall apply to the members of the Gram Panchayat, in respect of the acts done by it or them in judicial capacity.
