Section 30 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
30. Professional conduct.
(1)The Council may, by regulation, specify the standards of professional conduct and etiquette and a code of ethics for agricultural practitioners.(2)Regulation made by the Council under sub-section (1) may specify which violations there of shall constitute infamous conduct in any professional respect, that is to say, professional misconduct and such provisions shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force.
