                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

1. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and on carefully perusing the material placed on record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court dismissing the bail application of the petitioner.

2. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for bail after the charges are framed against him.

4. Signature Not Verified Consequent upon dismissal of the Special Leave Petition,the pending interlocutory application(s) also stand disposed of.
