69. Record-room.
- He should examine the record room, ascertain that survey records are properly kept and see that the record rules (Record Manual) are adhered to, and that the English correspondence in the district and sub-divisional offices is intelligently classified and periodically sorted, destroyed, etc., under the rules of the said manual.
