Section 44(3) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(3)[ A nomination paper shall be supplied by the Returning Officer or an officer authorised by him in this behalf, to any voter or to any agriculturist residing in that area, on payment of the price of the nomination paper to be fixed by the [Collector] [Modified as per Government Notification No. APM. 1167/25332-(Part III)-C-1, dated 18th February, 1971, published in M.G.G., Part IV-B, dated 18th February, 1971, p. 861.].
