Section 19(4) in The Maharashtra Opium Smoking Act
(4)When any person has been arrested under section 14 any officer empowered to investigate offence under this Act shall have power to grant bail in accordance, with the provisions of the *Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898. (V of 1898.)
