Section 16(2) in Punjab Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2019
(2)If at any time fixed for any meeting or during the course of any meeting less than one-third of the total members of the Board are present, the Chairperson of the Board may adjourn the meeting to such hours on the following or on some other future date as he may fix.
