Section 3Z(1) in The Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, on and after the commencement of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) (Second Amendment) Act, 2001, no protected occupier shall, save as provided in sub-section (2), be evicted, from his dwelling structure.
