Section 759(2) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(2)Acts which the law requires to be done by a party or his recognized agent or by pleader duly appointed on his behalf, such as the presentation of a plaint or memorandum of appeal, shall not be done by a recognized clerk.
