13. Officers of the Cluster University.
- The following shall be the officers of the Cluster University, namely:-(a)the Chancellor;(b)the Vice-Chancellor;(c)the Finance Officer;(d)the Registrar;(e)the Controller of Examinations; and(f)such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the Cluster University.
