Section 119 in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
119. Penalties.
- A person who commits any of the offences specified in section 118 of the Act shall be liable for a fine not exceeding Rs. 100/- per day for each of the offences committed, so long as the offence continues, without prejudice to the civil or criminal liability that may arise on such person under any other laws for the time being in force.
