Section 193(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(2)If any such owner or occupier refuses or neglects to demolish and remove such huts or sheds, or to execute such operations within the time appointed, the Council may cause the said huts or sheds to be demolished or such operations to be performed in respect of such huts or sheds as it may deem necessary to prevent such risk.
