18. Annual Report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
- The annual report submitted the Government by the Commission accordance with clause(III) of sub-section (1) of Section 15 shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly, during its next session together with a memorandum of action taken on the recommendations contained therein and the reasons for the non-acceptance, if any, of such recommendation.
