Section 18 in Andhra Pradesh Sports Authorities Act, 1988
18. Power of Authorities to borrow.
- The Sports Authority, District Authority and the Mandal Authority may from time to time with the previous sanction of the Government and subject to the provisions of this Act and to such conditions as may be prescribed, borrow any sum required for the purpose of this Act.
