Section 194(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)Except as provided for in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 180 a pensioner shall take payment in person and shall be identified by comparison with the descriptive roll and pension certificate. In the case of service and disability pensioners they shall, in addition, be identified with reference to their photographs.
