The petitioners are seeking directions to the respondents to grant the benefits of selections to the grant of selection grade after removing the pay anomaly to the petitioners on the post of lecturers as per the Government of Haryana letter dated 19.12.2000 (Annexure P-1) vide which the Head Masters of Government High School and the 20% cadre posts of Lecturers of Government Senior Secondary Schools were granted the benefit of selection grade by this Court in view of the judgment in case of Jagat Singh and others Vs State Of Haryana and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per detailed judgmenmt (Annexure P-7) the issue in the present case is squarely covered in favour of present case and direction has been given the respondents to grant revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.1996. He has further referred to the DB judgment passed in the case of State of Haryana and another vs. R.K.Verma passed in LPA No.951 of 2012 (Annexure P-3) wherein, the judgment of the learned single Bench has been upheld and LPA has been dismissed. Petitioner has submitted his legal notice dated 11.08.2018 (Annexure P-10) 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 03-10-2018 06:49:42 ::: CWP No.21895 of 2018 2 for removing his anomaly but no action has been taken in this regard.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to look into the legal notice of the petitioner and pass speaking orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
