Section 24(1) in The Maharashtra Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(1)The occupier of the premises shall provide portholes, platforms conveniently located for easy access to portholes and all other necessary facilities for taking samples of air or emission from any chimney, flue or duct, plant or vessel or any other sources and outlets, stationary or mobile.
