(1)The Board shall, at the end of each calendar year, prepare and forward to the State Government an annual report on Police performance, which shall, inter alia, include recommendations for improvement.(2)This report shall be laid before the State Legislature in the budget session and shall be a public document, made easily accessible to the public.
